B&G Snow Removal offers full season contracts for snow removal in the Lake Tahoe area from November 15th to April 1st. We do not offer per time plow services at this time.
Our contracts are for the full season and include unlimited plowing during the season, once every 24 hours. As soon as the snow accumulates to 6” we begin plowing.
Please contact our office to receive a free quote. Our contracts vary slightly depending on driveway and location but the service offered is the same. Please include the address of the location where you would like plow services, along with your phone number and we will get back to you quickly with a quote for a full season of service.

B&G Snow Removal is owned and operated by Brad Jurach, North Lake Tahoe local of three generations. Brad has been plowing snow for 30+ years and knows the conditions, roads and most effective way to clear any amount of snowfall. Being an owner/operator gives the advantage of maintaining a high standard of customer service above and beyond the typical customer encounter.
B&G Snow Removal is both a commercial and residential snow removal service, and due to that, uses both loaders and blowers to maximize our snow clearing efforts in all weather conditions. We only offer full season contracts so that we can concentrate our exceptional unlimited service to our clients.
We are fully insured and licensed in both California and Nevada, though we only provide snow removal in California.

No, the time needed to provide for a one time customer takes away from our loyal service to our other customers. We provide unlimited season contracts only.
When the snow accumulation reaches 6”, we will be out and plowing.
There is no set schedule on time, depending on where your house is on the route, but we WILL be there. The timing of snow removal varies from day-to-day, but operations begin anywhere between 1:00 A.M. and 5:00 A.M. Due to the variability of winter storms, there is no specific arrival time at your house every day.
Snow accumulation is measured from a live feed camera in Tahoe Vista.
We primarily use opensnow.com, noaa.gov and kcra3.com as our main weather sites.
Operating in the middle of the night allows us to maneuver through the snowy streets without the added congestion of traffic and people. It allows us to work faster than during the day.
The county berm is removed as quickly as possible when the county has finished the designated area/neighborhood.
In most cases, we can safely maneuver within 12” to 18” inches of your garage door, car, stairs and/or entry. Our operator will remove snow from around these areas to the best of his ability, but we don't want to risk damage to your property by attempting to get closer.
If you aren't home or are unable to move your vehicle, we will clear the snow around it to the best of our ability, again within 12” to 18”. If your car has been moved by our next pass through the route, we will remove the rest of the snow.
